1. Contents of construction supervision:
- Check the conformity of the construction contractor's capacity with the bidding documents and construction contract, including: human resources, and construction equipment.
- Verify the contractor's construction methods against the approved construction method design.
- Inspect and approve materials, structural components, construction products, and equipment for installation in the construction.
- Check and urge the construction contractor and other contractors to perform construction work at the site according to the construction’s requirements of the design and progress;
- Monitor the implementation of regulations on safety management in construction; monitor safety measures for neighboring buildings, construction monitoring work;
- Suggest the investor organize design modifications if errors or unreasonable elements in the design are detected.
- Request the contractor to stop construction if the quality does not meet technical requirements or safety measures are insufficient.
- Lead and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve issues or problems arising during construction and assist in managing and remedying incidents as per regulations.
- Inspect and assess the results of material, component, and construction product testing during construction and other relevant documents for acceptance purposes; verify and confirm as-built drawings.
- Implement acceptance of each part and each item.
- Implement acceptance of the construction put it into use.

- Supervision must be carried out throughout the construction process, starting from the commencement of construction until the completion and acceptance of work and the building.
- Ensure that construction is supervised according to the approved design, applicable standards, technical regulations, material usage and management regulations, technical guidelines, and construction contracts.
